Rates and Terms
Hourly Rate
For clients who have a specific project in mind or who prefer to pay as you go, we have a base hourly rate of $35. There is a one hour minimum.
Pre-Paid Plans
Beacon Virtual Assistants offers pre-paid plans for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month. Pre-paid plans are specifically designed for those clients who prefer to have ensured continued and ongoing support when needed. These plans allow us to become more familiar with you, your business and your business practices. This allows us to continually evaluate your needs and suggest ways to increase productivity.
Pre-paid plans are used within 30 days and are billed at the beginning of each month. Beacon Virtual Assistants will work with you to help determine the number of monthly hours that you would need. We offer seven (7) levels of pre-paid plans.

Any hours used over the reserved amount will be charged at the discounted hourly rate for that package.
Additional Fees
There may be circumstances when fees in addition to the hourly rate or retainer rate may be applied. Clients will be advised of these fees before they are incurred. These fees may include, but are not limited to, postage, printing costs, courier or shipping costs or mileage.
Rush services are available for a 25% additional fee.
Service Call fee $25-for those situations where a trip to the customer location must be scheduled
Payment
Beacon Virtual Assistants accepts personal and business checks, money orders and cashier checks. At this time, we do not accept credit cards as a form of payment.
Referrals
We appreciate your referrals. Any client referral that results in a signed contract will be offered either a 10% discount or $25 off of their next invoice (whichever is greater).
